2. About the copying of application resume
   • A: In order to correspond for the recruiting, TIS will make copies of application resume and utilize them.
   • B: Copied resume will be discarded within a month after we inform applicant passing status of the recruiting.
3. About the presentation of privacy information to third party.

   TIS shall never present any privacy information to third party without having prior written consent of the applicant.

4. Utilization range of the privacy information

   Privacy Information shall be viewed only by the person in charge of recruiting and shall never being viewed by any other TIS staff member.

5. About the consignment of privacy information

   Your privacy information shall not be consigned to any other company or entity than TIS.

6. About the legal rights in regard to the privacy information.

   You have a right to disclose, delete, alter/modify, cease the usage, and refuse presentation of your privacy information.
   When you wish to claim your right, please contact to TIS Administration Department.
