Electronic medical record information from each Tokushukai Group hospital is backed up in real time at a remote data centre, in addition to the hospital's own electronic medical record server. This helps address foreseeable risks. If a hospital loses its electronic medical record information, the data can be restored from the backup.
If a disaster or other event makes the hospital's electronic medical record system unavailable, we also provide an emergency mechanism that continuously exports SS-MIX data from the information backed up at the data centre, allowing the hospital to view it. These measures help each hospital continue providing care.
