Function Description
Acceptance of Request for approval decision, Retirement, Promotion/Demotion, Omittance, or other requests. Apply Request for approval to corporation headquarter, and when it is approved, applied information is reflected in personnel affairs database. With entering job description or personal history information to system, fixed payroll calculation will be automatically performed in accordance with corporate payroll rule.
Privacy Information Management (Personnel Affair Master Data) Able to register personnel affair information or to view personal history.

Nurse Personnel Affair

Function Description
Profile Entry Nurse oneself is able to register carrier up request, contacts, training or possessing qualification details. Registered information is authorized by immediate manager, then reflected in personnel affair data.
* Entry is only possible by staff member of Nursing Department, regardless job category.
Approve Profile Approve/authorize function for the information applied by profile entry.

Pharmaceutical Department Personnel Affair

Function Description
Profile Entry Pharmaceutical Department staff oneself is able to register carrier up request, contacts, training or possessing qualification details. Registered information is authorized by immediate manager, then reflected in personnel affair data.
* Entry is only possible by staff member of Nursing Department, regardless job category.
Approve Profile Approve/authorize function for the information applied by profile entry.
Credit Management Function to administrate Japan Medicine Hospital Pharmacy qualified credit acquisition status and issue application form.

Payroll/ Bonus

Function Description
Payroll Processing Function to perform monthly payroll calculation. Able to fetch CSV file (attendance log, exemption item)
Payroll Ledger Output function of payroll ledger.
Paid holiday calculation Administration function for give or taking status of paid holiday.
Monthly Processing Verification function for fixedness of payroll/bonus, and coverage of social insurance, retirement or expiration of driving license, etc.
