The menu showing, management status, such as gain and loss situation, numbers of patient visited, numbers of staff member and others, can be rendered. Also, it renders, gain and loss per each department, operating rate of surgical room which is the expensive resource, hospitalized duration days per set duration period, map rendering of where, in hospital surrounding area, patients are not visiting the hospital, or site visit log analysis menu for homepage. BI is providing a tool for figuring out management status from various view point.

Clinical Index

Shown above is a menu rendering statistical data relative to treatment. For example, BI is able to render or view several statistical data, such as control status for HbA1c value on diabetic patients, protocol application status for cancer patients, transition of density per antibacterial drug category, or Pass application status. Also, it contributes for the sharing of best practice activities, as entire group has set up indexes in order to focus on the raise of the quality of medical treatment in entire group.

Safety on Medical Treatment

The above is an index at patients view point. Menu is showing, by clinical department, total waiting time till the treatment or dwell time from the visit to finish the accounting. And also, it is able to show patients satisfaction survey result for entire group hospitals. In the patient satisfaction survey, with designating age or region, visit hour time zone, or profile of patients by clinical department, benchmark in the group hospital can be rendered as well.

Human Resource Index

Shown above is a menu rendering the duration of service, attrition rate and hours of overtime work. It renders by unit department, by clinical department or by each individual. That is responsible person only is able to view these menu items in order to respect the compliance and to care for staff member.

Consolidation of Information

BI is consolidating data inside of the group, not only revenue and expense but also human resource information, work volume information, medical treatment activities, drugs and medicines, material/goods data, in linking with each system. Synthetic judgement can be done at a glance by mixing each data.
