2009	October	The company was established as an independent development of the information system department within Tokushukai headquarters. Katsuhiko Ozaki became Representative Director, and an office opened on the 10th floor of the Osaka Ekimae Dai-ichi Building.
2010	June	Electronic medical records went live at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital.
	August	Electronic medical records went live at Chiba-Nishi General Hospital, Hanyu General Hospital and Nanbu Tokushukai Hospital.
2011	January	A business intelligence (BI) tool using the Tokushukai Group's medical big data was released.
	April	An accounting system was implemented at Tokushukai Group headquarters and facilities.
2012	April	MEDITIS, a pharmaceutical ordering and management system, was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	September	The NEWS system was implemented at Group facilities.
	December	The office moved to the 8th floor of the Osaka Ekimae Dai-ichi Building.
2013	September	ZAITIS, a medical supply ordering and management system, was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
2014	September	An HR system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	November	PrivacyMark certification was obtained.
2015	January	A payroll system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
2016	February	Tokushukai General Incorporated Association Information System Department acquired all shares, making the company a wholly owned affiliate.
	April	An online e-learning system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities. The office doubled in size to 100 tsubo.
	August	The number of Group hospitals using electronic medical records reached 60.
	September	An emergency radiology image transfer system was implemented at Group facilities.
2017	April	The Tokushukai Group website was completely redesigned. A medical equipment sales management system was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters. An asset management system was implemented at Group facilities.
	August	An electronic medical record implementation was commissioned by a hospital outside the Group and went live.
	October	A scholarship management system was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters.
	November	The City of Osaka granted a licence to sell specially controlled medical devices and related products.
2018	April	A health screening appointment system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities. A workflow system was implemented at Group headquarters and facilities. The accounting system was upgraded at Group headquarters and facilities.
	May	A medical corporation group outside Tokushukai commissioned a headquarters web system to aggregate and manage information from its hospitals; the system went live.
	November	JUSTIS, a pharmaceutical sales management system, was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters.
	December	A content management system (CMS) for website updates was developed and implemented at Group facilities.
2019	April	The office expanded by 50% to 150 tsubo. Hospital system audits began in cooperation with the Tokushukai Group's information systems management committee.
	May	A personal health record (PHR) system for health screening was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	August	The number of Group hospitals using electronic medical records reached 65.
2020	February	ISMS certification was obtained.
	May	An online payslip system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	July	RACTIS, a medical supply sales management system, was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters.
	October	A PCR testing appointment system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
2021	April	An outpatient medical questionnaire system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	May	A COVID-19 vaccination appointment system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	October	An online year-end tax adjustment system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities. Z!Mobile, a mobile version of the ZAITIS medical supply ordering and management system, was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
	November	A document sharing system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
2022	April	A nutritional product sales system was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters. An invoice management system was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters and facilities.
	May	Chatis, a business chat application, was developed and put into operation at Group headquarters and facilities. An electronic patient diary system was implemented at Group facilities.
	June	A cardiovascular surgery database system was developed and put into operation at Group facilities.
2025	June	Vice President Noriyuki Takahashi was appointed President and Director. President Katsuhiko Ozaki was appointed Chairman and Director.
2026	August	The business was transferred to and integrated into Tokushukai General Incorporated Association Information System Department.
