The Tokushukai Group's extensive network is essential infrastructure connecting Group facilities throughout Japan.
The network is a closed network separated from the Internet, providing a high level of security. We use it to back up data accumulated daily at each hospital and to support a wide range of activities: sharing electronic medical records between hospitals and clinics, building medical big data resources, teleradiology, business continuity planning, remote source data verification (SDV) for clinical trials, and centralised server monitoring. Connecting hospitals brings many benefits. We will continue to use this network for the future of healthcare, incorporating the latest AI-based technologies.
