Greetings
So far, as of this writing, we have implemented Electronic Chart/PACS/Division System, and so on to 63 Tokushukai Hospitals and 5 medical facilities outside of Tokushukai Group.A part of our strength, performing thorough listening and interview with hospital staff members based on hospital view point and detailed adjustment with each system vendors, we coordinate and propose the most relevant system for the client hospital.
We also provide project management from the beginning till the start of the system operation in cooperating with system vendor, support at the time of system up and running till the stable operation, and also system improvement after implementation.
Strength and Specialty
We aim for smooth implementation of Electronic Chart system, based on the know-how cultivated from other hospital installation, at the time of our electronic chart system to the hospital.We also support, not only electronic chart, but also operational improvement and/or selection of the most appropriate system and equipment for the hospital operation.
Utilizing our group strength of having numbers of medical care facilities, we will not structure system from scratch, instead we will transfer method or setting from our implemented result cases, to cut cost down. However, this is not the stereotypical installation but utilizing hospital originality and strength.
Cost down for Electronic Chart system is making possible to consider its implementation at even medium to small size hospitals where used to be unable to implement due to its cost issue.We will further strive for achieving lower in cost and much shorter implementation period in order to reduce hospitals burden, with keep accumulating more know-how on the installation at medium to small hospitals.Even after the implementation, we will support further with utilizing many large, medium and small size hospitals’ know-how. And aim for smooth operation at every single hospital.

Case Study
Uji Tokushukai Hospital (Uji city, Kyoto)
Implemented Products: Inner Hospital Diagnosis System (Electronic Chart, Pharmaceutical, Physiology, Dialysis, Biological Management, Surgical Room Image Administration, Treatment RIS, and others)
Materialized the optimal system in the linkage with the broader variety of division system.
TIS is working on every possible system implementation used in the hospital. Starting from Electronic Chart, pharmaceutical, Physiology, Division system for the Department of Radiology and others, System for Surgical Room or Radiation Treatment, etc., etc.Variety of System has been implemented in this opportunity. Each system requires the close linkage each other. In this case, if actual usage of the system operation has not been considered same time at installation, system may become a hard to use system in the hospital view point.Also, since it is requested to implement at the same time with electronic chart which becomes a core for Division Systems, our preparation turns into adjusting entire introduction process. Start listening of each department request till the administration of adequate system proposition and introduction schedule, procurement of equipment, and the verification. We have worked out for entire system implementation.

Uji Tokushukai Hospital, then, has planned office relocation as well as new system introduction same time whilst it had been using aged system. But new system introduction at the same time relocation is too much range of review, so that it is anticipated to have certain in-depth disruption at the time of office relocation, resulted in system update in prior to relocation. As the result, operational disruption on the system was minimum, no hardware disorder occurred and the linkage with other external reservation system and installing the guide monitor screens inside the hospital was went well, so that we are able to gain customer satisfaction.
