Tokushukai has developed and introduced a dedicated business chat application for staff communication. It is used to quickly reach staff outside the hospital, send announcements to all staff, and support close communication within departments.

1. Automated Account Management

Integration with the staff management system automatically creates accounts when staff join and disables them when they leave.
Former employees can no longer access the service, reducing the risk of information leakage.

2. Staff Safety Confirmation

When an earthquake, tsunami or other disaster occurs, you can check staff safety using templates prepared in advance.
Safety checks can be initiated at any time. For earthquakes, the system is linked to information published by the Japan Meteorological Agency, allowing conditions such as the affected area and maximum seismic intensity to be set in advance.

The desktop browser version provides an administration screen for aggregating and graphing responses, entering responses on behalf of others, and sending reminders to staff who have not responded.

Email Notifications
By registering email addresses, staff without smartphones can receive safety confirmation emails directing them to the response screen.

3. Integration with Other Systems

For security, SMS verification and phone number registration are required to access linked online payslips and health screening results.
