Introducing Our E-Learning System
For Hospitals Investing in Staff Education and Working towards JCI Accreditation
Our e-learning system enables staff who cannot attend mandatory in-hospital seminars or training sessions to complete them online, while providing tools to manage participation.
How the System Developed
We released our healthcare e-learning and training management system in April 2016.
Development began in response to requests from hospitals working towards Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation that wanted a system for staff education.
Repeated discussions with hospitals generated many ideas. We carefully assessed the essential functions, placing particular emphasis on in-hospital education and exporting participation results for JCI accreditation.
Regular Updates
We actively incorporate requests from hospitals using the system and release regular updates.
The system is suitable both for hospitals pursuing JCI accreditation and for those committed to staff education.
System Features
Three Functions for Learners
Watch Videos
Play videos for staff education and training. Hospital administrators can upload recordings of internal training sessions to the e-learning system for staff to watch.
A wide range of video file formats is supported, with playback on computers, smartphones and tablets.
Take Tests
Staff can take tests for education and training. Questions often relate to video content, but a course can also consist of a test alone.
Tests can use single-answer or multiple-answer questions. Learners can save their progress partway through and resume later.
Complete Surveys
Surveys are commonly used to gather feedback on training, but they can also be used independently for staff satisfaction surveys.
Three Functions for Education Administrators
Participation Summaries and Excel Export
Aggregate and display staff participation in e-learning courses to monitor completion. Results can be exported to Excel as needed.
Test Result Summaries and Excel Export
When a course includes a test, results are aggregated and displayed. Results can be adjusted for individual staff members, departments and the organisation as a whole. Administrators can identify frequently missed questions and review correct-answer rates.

Two Functions to Encourage Completion
Course Invitation Emails
When education administrators register a course and request participation, an email is sent to all staff required to take it. Staff must complete the course by the deadline set by the administrator, although a deadline is optional.
Reminder Emails
Staff must complete assigned courses by the deadline. As it approaches, reminders are sent automatically. Administrators can specify how many days before the deadline and at what time reminders are sent.
Support for Smartphones and Tablets
Responsive web design makes courses comfortable to use on computers, smartphones and tablets.
Implementation Cost
Our e-learning system combines an easy-to-use interface and extensive functionality with competitive pricing. There is no limit on the number of registered staff.
Because the system primarily handles video, we may need to discuss the number of uploaded videos or the required storage capacity.

Staff information must be registered before implementation. A bulk registration function makes this straightforward.
We also explain how to use the system. Please feel free to contact us.
We can arrange domain registration and SSL certificates for encrypted communication. The system can also use a subdomain of your hospital website.

Depending on whether domain registration is required, the environment can be prepared in approximately one to two business days. Free trials are also available on request.
